Over time, Ever Sick! has contributed to major regional and national initiatives, including:

• Supporting Grand Council Treaty #3’s resolution on gender-affirming care.
• Organizing Two-Spirit Awareness Week events in Lac Seul First Nation in 2024 and 2025.
• Creating resource brochures with LGBT Youthline and Grand Council Treaty #3, distributed to all communities within the Nation of Treaty #3.
• Providing equitable opportunities to First Nations, Inuit, and Métis drag performers and artists across Canada.
• Supporting diversity and inclusion training initiatives for service providers, community members, and large organizations.
