Ever Sick! Consulting emerged from a vision to blend community care, cultural resurgence, and creative expression into a single, powerful platform for change. Founded by Jordyn Angeconeb, a Two-Spirit Anishinaabe leader from Lac Seul First Nation, the initiative began as a personal commitment to uplift Indigenous youth, 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities, and remote northern regions through drag.
Ever Sick! Drag on the Rez was hosted in Batchewana First Nation – Rankin Reserve in August 2022, with an All-Indigenous cast of Two-Spirit drag performers showcasing their talents and creative expression. From there Ever Sick! has travelled all over the prairies, Michigan, and Ontario organizing events creating safe spaces in communities that need it the most.
Ever Sick! Consulting now focuses on policy review, talent management, program creation, workshops, advocacy, and traditional knowledge – serving as the leading Two-Spirit Led consulting agency in Treaty #3.
